Chicken malai biryani

Biryani has some magnetic waves as whenever you can see, you can not stop yourself. This time I have brought some twist in biryani by adding cream in chicken. The creamy texture of chicken makes the biryani more delicious.

Wash chicken properly and cut potatoes into four. Add biryani masala with salt, chilli powder and coriander powder. Add zarda rung, yogurt and cream. Drizzle some oil. Mix it well.

Take a pot and pour oil. Then add marinated chicken and cover it. Keep the flame medium so it can be cooked properly.

WoW…. What a aroma, uncover your pot and take big turner or a quarter plate, break your biryani and mix it at one corner.
- 8
