Ingredients

6-7 minutes
  1. 1 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined
  2. 2 teaspoonsolive oil
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/2 tsponion powder
  7. For Garlic Sauce
  8. 8 tablespoonsbutter
  9. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  10. 2 tsplemon juice
  11. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  12. 1/2 tspsalt
  13. 1 tbspparsley

Cooking Instructions

6-7 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat air fryer to 400°F

  2. 2

Place the shrimp in a large bowl or plastic ziploc bag. Pour in the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Use tongs to toss the shrimp in the bowl to fully coat the shrimp or simply seal the bag and shake to coat.

  3. 3

Spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil spray. Place the shrimp into the air fryer in a single layer (You may need to air-fry the shrimp in batches, I do with my air fryer)

  4. 4

Air-fry for 6 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through. The shrimp should be pink, slightly curled, and opaque. Repeat with the remaining shrimp until all shrimp are cooked.

  5. 5

    FOR GARLIC SAUCE:

While the shrimp are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute, stirring continuously.

  6. 6

Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.

  7. 7

Serve shrimp with garlic sauce drizzled on top.
