Paneer puff is a baked snack made with puffy pastry and the filling of your choice. It is a popular snack all over India in every bakery variety of filling from veg, egg, chicken, mutton, or beef is filled inside puff pastry and baked until golden brown. Today I made a puff with a store-bought puff pastry sheet and filled paneer masala.

Today I made a puff with a store-bought puff pastry sheet and filled paneer masala.

Paneer masala :

Take oil in a pan or Kadai. Add onion, and chili sauté for a few minutes then add ginger garlic paste sauté until the ginger garlic paste raw smell goes away.

Now add chopped tomatoes mix them well, and cook few minutes. Then add all the spices ingredients, salt, and 1/4 cup water and cook it for 5 minutes. Once the water is reduced now add in cubed paneer mix it well and fry it few minutes. Then add tomato sauce mix it and turn off the flame.

Place the pastry one by one on a dry worktop and thaw well at room temperature for about 2 hours. Then take your puff pastry sheets and spoon in the filling. Fold as shown. use a fork to seal the edges well.

Arrange it in a baking tray. Brush beat egg yolk on top for the shiny finish.

Bake in the preheated oven at200• c for about 30 mins until they rise and brown slightly. Then finally Serve it.
