Soak both dals for 3 hours after washing twice.

In the mixer, the jar adds, soaked dal, green chilies, cumin seeds, and ginger carom seeds. Blend it into a smooth batter. add salt

Now heat oil in a deep pan. Once hot, put small portions of batter in oil and fry till golden brown. This bhaji takes more time to fry. don't fry in hurry.
Enjoy with a hot cup of tea or tomato sauce. - 4
As today we don't eat onion and garlic I made it simple but you can add both or garam masala. I like this with chili and Ginger only.
