We all make Besan ladoo with crystal sugar but today we will make it with Desi khaand (which is homemade)...so let's try this

Sieve the gram flour.

Take a pan and add ghee to it when it melts add gram flour to it with suji. Mix it well and cook it until the smell of cooked gram flour comes. When the gram flour is cooked it releases ghee.

Now we will make khaand at home. So to make khaand we have to take a pan add sugar to it and 2-3 teaspoon water and mix it. After some time we will add a small amount of ghee to the sugar syrup so that the khaand becomes soft. After stirring for some time you will get a mixture of sugar not too thick not too thin just a perfect one at that time you have to turn off the gas and keep the mixture away to cool it down.

When the sugar mixture is cool down it will break easily, you have to add the mixture in the grinder and grind it. Don't keep the pieces of sugar too big not too fine.

Now we will add this khaand to the Besan which is already cooled down. Mix it well. After that all you have to do is make ladoos of it.

Besan ladoo with desi khaand is ready to eat.
