  • 1raw papaya slices
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 4-5 tbspoil + 1-2 tbsp if needed
  • 11/2ginger - garlic paste 🧄
  • 11/2green chillies paste
  • 1 tspkashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️
  • 1/2turmeric powder
  • 1/2coriander & cumin powder
  • Salt to taste 🧂
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • 2-3chopped onions 🧅
  • 1chopped tomato 🍅

    Wash raw papaya, pat dry, peel and cut into thin slices, keep aside.

    Heat oil, add cumin seeds, when start to crackle, add raw papaya slices, cook until tender, remove on paper napkin.

  3. 3

    Add 1-2 tbsp oil if needed, add chopped onions 🧅, cook until golden, add ginger- garlic paste 🧄, green chillies paste mix well, cook for 1 min.

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomato 🍅 and mix well, add salt 🧂, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, coriander & cumin powder, turmeric powder and mix well, add fried papaya slices, mix well, cover and cook for 3 mins, serve hot.

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, serve with toasted bread slices, Indian parathas, plain rice.
