In a big bowl add rice flour, Rava, besan, curd, and water. Mix well and cover the lid. Keep it aside till you cut the veggies

Chop green chili, coriander, and capsicum. Grate carrot and ginger

Mix all these into the batter, and add salt and some water to adjust the consistency

Heat the Uttapam pan, add a few drops of oil, pour the batter in the pan, sprinkle the sambhar masala on top, and cook on low flame on both sides

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
