Steps

Soak chanay over night with soda and in morning Discard water and add new water and boil till tender but not very soft. Keep its water save on side.

Soak rice

Now in a pot add oil when heated add garam masalay, when they crackle add onions and fry to medium brown add zeera. Take out some fried onions for garnishing.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry add dahi and 2 green chillies,after 5 mins add boiled chanay and fry well for 2mins. Add rice and mix.

Add enough water to cook rice also add chanay ka pani, Mix well and keep flame medium add salt. When water drying mix and cover put on dum. Add more green chillies.

Serve with mint raita and salad and brown onion.
