First onion, green Chilli, ginger, garlic, curd, take all in grinder and make paste. Take out in bowl.

Make tomato puree separately.

Take two tbsp curd, one tsp besan, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp kasuri methi, mix well.

Paneer,capsicum,onion ki dice cutting karein, and mix it to curd mixture, coat well and freeze 15 minutes.

Heat pan, pour one tbsp oil, put one by one piece in pan, and roast it, flip over till it turns golden.

Heat another pan, pour 2 tbsp oil, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, saute.

Add onion paste into it, turmeric powder, coriander powder. Mix and saute till oil separates.

Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, salt, tikka masala, mix well.

Add two cup water, cook till oil separates. Add roasted paneer, capsicum, onion, mix well.

Add kasuri methi, fresh cream and mix well cover the lid for two minutes.

At last, add garam masala, mix well and serve hot.
