Puff pastry sheets, Condensed milk, strawberry falooda and milk makes this puff pastry pudding rich and decadent. This puff pastry pudding tastes better when served warm.
Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius/ 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Open a thawed puff pastry sheet and cut it into thin strips.

Spread a light coat of melted butter on a baking tray. Place the puff pastry sheets and then brush with egg white.

Bake it for about 25-30 minutes or till the pastries are puffed and golden brown.

While the puff pastry is baking, prepare the custard.

For the Falooda :
In a saucepan, bring milk + condensed milk to a simmer. - 7
Mash the ripe bananas to a paste using a fork.

No sugar needs to be added as condensed milk contains sugar. Now once the mixture thickens add the mashed banana and strawberry falooda and keep stirring till uniform.

Turn off the flame and allow it to cool to room temperature.

Assembly:
Once the puff pastry is baked crumble and spread out the layer on the same baking dish. Keep aside the other half - 11
Pour the cold falooda over the crumbled puff pastry and spread uniformly.

Spread the remaining puff pastry on top.

Finally spread the remaining falooda mixture on top. Cover with a cling film and chill for an hour

Garnish with some rose petals.

Serve in small serving cups and enjoy.
