Steps

Firstly prepare boondi from besan batter.

Take a large thick-bottomed Kadai and add 1 1/4cup of sugar.

To that add 1/2 cup of water and mix well till the sugar gets dissolves.

Mix well and allow to boil till you attain 1 string consistency and let it cool.

Once sugar cools slightly pour over prepared boondi.

Also roast 2tbspn raisins,2tbspn cashew and 5 cloves in 1 tbspn ghee.

Pour the roasted dry fruits over boondi mixture along with 1/4 tspn cardamon powder.

Mix well with the help of spoon till the sugar syurp is absorbed.

When the mixture is lightly warm start preparing laddo and store it in air tight container.

Finally, boondi laddo/motichoor laddo is now ready to Serve.
