Ingredients

  • 3-4kiwis
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 cupswater
  • 2 tbspnlemon juice

  1. 1

    In a saucepan take water and add sugar into it, stir it until sugar gets dissolve into the water. Sugar syrup is ready

    Peel off the kiwis and cut them into the chunks. Add kiwi chunks into the blender and blend it. Kiwi puree is ready

    Add lemon juice into the pureed

    Add sugar syrup into the puree and mix well

    Add this kiwi sugar syrup into ice moulds and freeze them overnight
