Preheat oven 350

Grease loaf pan and set aside

Mix zucchini, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and butter

Add powder, soda and salt. Mix

Add nuts and flour, blend but do not over mix
- 6
Spoon batter into greased loaf pan and spread evenly
- 7
Bake 350 for 1 hour or until cake tester comes clean
- 8
Cool in pan, transfer onto wire rack to cool completely

Store in airtight container
