Pita bread ko mid se half kar lein. chickpeas boil krlen. vegetable cut krlen.

Ik pan me oil garam kar usme onion light brown karen. phir tomato add kar k spices dal dein. phir carrots add kar k light soft karen phir potato add kar k thora pani dal k narm kar lein
phir chicken add kar dein. - 3
Kuch dair bad chickpeas aur lemon juice add kar k kuch sec cook karen. last me hara dhaniya sprinkle kar k flame off karden.
