Boil noodles and keep aside. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, when start to crackle, add finely chopped onions 🧅, stir till soft, add ginger-garlic paste 🧄 cook for 1 min.

Add finely chopped tomatoes 🍅, salt🧂, green chillies paste and mix well, add tomato paste, cook until oil comes out, add all the vegetables, except green bell pepper 🫑, cook well, add kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, coriander & cumin powder, black pepper powder, pav bhaji masala, mix well, add chopped coriander leaves 🌿 mix.

Add boiled noodles mix, cook for 1 min, add soy sauce mix well, add green bell pepper 🫑, mix gently, cook for a min, remove from flame, let it cool down, keep aside.

Heat sandwich toast, take one bread slice and add stuffing, cover with another bread slice🍞, on top grease with butter/ margarine, use the same method to complete all bread slices & stuffing, arrange them in sandwich toast and bake for 5 mins, until golden brown and serve hot.

Serve with tomato ketchup 🍅.
