Ingredients

4-6 ppl
  • 2 cupschicken broth
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • DashSalt
  • Dash Pepper
  • Boxziti pasta (8 oz)
  • 1 cupmarinara or spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cupParmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In your instant pot, add chicken broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper and pasta.
    Pressure cook on high for 6 minutes and when done, manually release for 6 minutes.

    When that’s done, add marinara/spaghetti sauce, mozzarella & Parmesan cheese. Mix together until cheese is melted and serve.
