Firstly clean coriander leaves and wash it.

Now in a mixer jar put cumin seeds salt sugar peanut green chili Ginger and grind it.

Now add coriander leaves and ice cubes grind them make a paste if required add some water now add lemon juice mix it...serve with paratha sandwich rice.
