The Waldorf salad is said to have originated over 100 year ago at the Waldorf hotel in New York city. (They add celery but I did not have it) . This Waldorf salad recipe is delicious , and you can vary the ingredients to your preference.

2apple (cut the cube shape)
1/4 cupboiled white chickpeas
Boiled White Chickpeas
1 bunchgrapes half cut
leavesIceberg lettuce few
Dressing
1/4 cupmayonnaise
3 tbspSalad cream
1 tspsugar
1 tspblack pepper powder
1/4 tspsalt
1lemon juice
Garnishing
Handfuldry roast walnuts

Place all ingredients on the counter. Clean up the half bunch of grapes, apple, iceberg lettuce and boiled white chickpeas.

Take a bowl add iceberg lettuce, boiled chickpeas

Half cut grapes, apple cubes

Take another bowl add mayonnaise and salad cream

Now add lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt

Add sugar and mix well.

Pour the prepared dressing and mix well.

Take a pan and add handful of walnuts and crispy dry roast on low heat. (Don't burn)

Garnish with dry roast walnuts.
