Wash properly and soak over night chana... Next day drain the water....Pressure cook cha na with a pinch of salt and a pinch of baking powder for 4 whistles.Once it is done then keep aside.In a kadai heat mustard oil add cumin seeds, cloves, crushed green cardamom.let it crackle for few minutes. Then add the boil chana. Add haldi powder, red chilli powder, and the grind paste..Mix it well..

Add salt and a little water. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes check if it is done.Chana is become mashy....and it is dry in consistency.Once it is done...

Then transfer to a serving plate.Garnish with ring onion and fry curry patta..

Serve Kala Chana Curry with Bhature...
