Heat a pot add rice and salt with the oil. Heat the rice slightly brown some. Add the coconut cream powder.

Add the broth and mix well. As that cooks cut the shrimp lengthwise in half. Add sesame seed oil and let reduce till craters appear. Season the shrimp with salt.

Add water bring to boil, add the shrimp, stir till craters appear again cover and remove from heat. Allow to rest undisturbed for 20 minutes don't touch, lift, or remove lid for 20 minutes. Then stir serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
