Boil water in a pan, add salt and oil, and mix. When it comes to boiling, add noodles and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Filter it immediately and cool it by adding cold water.

Heat oil, add garlic, green chili, and ginger, fry for some time on medium flame, and add onion.

After frying for some time, add carrots, cabbage, and capsicum, after cooking for 2 minutes, add boiled noodles and mix.

After roasting for 1 minute, add soya sauce, chili sauce, and tomato ketchup and mix. Add salt and pepper powder and mix.

Serve hot Chinese noodles.
