Yesterday I was sooo exited as I made my home-made ice-cream sooo creamy and delicious 😋😋😋 hmmm you know I love my family so I made a big batch of this creamy delicious 😋 to let them enjoy 💃💃.my little daughter can't wait for it to freeze,😆 and she says mummy I don't mind taking the ice-cream like this please 🤣

2 cupspowdered whipping cream
Halfcup icing sugar
1 cupmilk powder
1 cupcondensed milk
50 clchill water
Red food colouring as required
Flavour of your choice

In a clean bowl add in the whipping cream powder and the chill water, beat with a mixer for 5 mins and add the icing sugar, beat until steap peak,

Add in the condensed milk and powdered milk diluted with half cup of chilled water.

Then add in the flavour and mix too.

Now divide the mixture into 3 or so, then add in your preferred food colouring to each portion.
I used red food colouring and Milo to colour mine.
I add a pinch of lemon zest to the white mixture.

Pour the mixture to a container and freeze it overnight.
You are free to mix different colours in one container.
