Hasselback Bacon or filling can be any kind is a very popular streetfood in Sweden. Hasselback is also eaten as breakfast too. I’m shading my favourite of bacon filling
Steps

Wash the potatoes and don’t peel the skin, place on two chopsticks or any kind of sticks. Cut 1/6” gap and not till the end.

Place bacon strips in the potato gaps.

In a bowl place the melted butter, garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, black pepper powder, and salt, and brush on the potatoes, placing the potatoes on a baking tray with parchment paper

Preheat the oven to 180 deg C and place the tray. Bake for 45 mins until the bacons are crispy and the potatoes are done.

Plate and garnish with chopped coriander or parsley and enjoy as yummy street food.
