  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 pinchcurry powder
  • Salt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and cut the sweet potato into sticks. Blanch for 2 minutes in boiling salted water and drain.

    Mix with olive oil, curry powder, and salt. Cook for about 20 minutes at 400°F in the air fryer.
