  • 250 grice flour
  • 1 + 1/2 cupGrated coconut
  • 100 gGud (jaggery)
  • as requiredGhee
  • 100 mlwater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the rice flour and water and let them steam for some minutes.

    Take grated coconut and gud add some ghee into this. Make puran for modak.

    Make modak by adding puran in between the steamed flour mixture and steam it for some minutes again.
