Ingredients

  • 500 gfavourite pasta
  • 2 canschicken
  • 3 tbspred pesto (sundried tomato pesto)
  • 1/2 canCampbell’s tomato with basil and oregano
  • 1/2 cupfrozen corn
  • 1/2 cupchopped tomatoes, fresh
  • 2 cubeschicken broth
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Cayenne pepper powder
  • Salt pepper

    Cook favourite pasta using 2 cubes chicken broth

  2. 2

    In a large pan cook corn and tomatoes with a pinch of cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste, on low heat until tomatoes are tender.

  3. 3

    Mix in red pesto, sriracha sauce to taste and chicken, let it sit on low heat for another 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Drain cooked pasta and add to pan with the rest of ingredients. Mix well and let it cook on medium-low heat for about 3-4 minutes. Done.
