Peel baingan and remove the purple part of baingan and cut it into thin slices.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker add cumin seeds, then add onion, saute till light pink, add tomato cooked well, and add all masale. mix well.

Add potato and brinjal slices. Cooked till 2 or 3 whistles. Serve with chapati.
