Soak moong daal yellow overnight

In morning remove extra water wash it 3-4 times

Grind it in mixie

Now add finely chopped green chillies,salt,hing according to taste

On hot iron tawa spread the moond daal mixture with the help of ladle

Cook it till it becomes golden brown

Now flip it on other side repeat step 6

Serve hot with dates tamarind chutney/tomato ketchup
