Today I have made tasty healthy Oats vegetable upma breakfast recipe. It's easy to make.

First nicely dry roast the oats, and keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, grated ginger, green chillies, hing, curry leaves saute on medium heat for 30 seconds.

Now add chopped onion and cook 2-3 minutes then add all vegetables, salt, sugar, cover and cook some times.

Now add roasted oats and mix it well then add water cover and cook 4-5 minutes.

Oats vegetable upma is ready.
