Rinse and pat dry your chops ……..

Play chops on a sheet pan that has been spray with olive oil cooking spray ……

Season both sides of pork chops with a sprinkle of black pepper and garlic powder ……

Place your sliced onion and red pepper all around pork chops…..Lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray……

Place sheet pan in your oven, set to BROIL, and broil chops until golden brown, turning once during cooking, checking periodically to make sure nothing gets burned ! 😧

In a small pan combine your cream of mushroom soup, beefy onion soup mix and white wine, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally……

Reduce heat, then pour your heavy cream into pan, stir, and cook on low heat until chops are fully cooked……

Remove cooked pork chops from broiler and pour your creamy sauce all over in spoonfuls, save any remaining creamy sauce to top off your side dish ……

Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy 😉!
