Avocado Paan Pudding

Soak China grass for 1 hour.in a 1/2cup of water. Dilute milk Powder in milk in 1/2Cup milk. Scoop avocado.

Boil milk. Add diluted milk powder milk and condensed milk. Add chopped Beetel leaf. Stir continuously.

Now avocado churn with soaked china grass. Add the mixture to the milk and stir continuously. Take 1/2 cup mixture in a bowl and add paan sharbat. Add in milk and stir. Add vanilla essence and cinnamon powder. Stir continuously till the mixture consistently fill thick. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool for 5min.

Now set in a bowl and mould. Keep in a refrigerator for 5-6hr.

Unmould in a serving plate. Garnish with pistachio cherry and silver balls. Tasty and delicious Avocado PAAN PUDDING is ready to serve. Serve Chilled.
