Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmaida
  • As RequiredMilk
  • 2 big potatoes (cut in small cubes)
  • As RequiredChopped garlic and chilli
  • As RequiredCoriander and mint leaves
  • As RequiredGinger
  • 1 tablespoonchaat masala and lemon
  • 1 tablespoongaram masala
  • 1/2 tablespoonkitchen King masala
  • 1 tablespoonchicken masala
  • 2-3 tablespoonstomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • As RequiredOrange colour
  • 2-3 tablespooncurd
  • 1 tablespoon amul cream

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take maida and salt in a big bowl and knead a dough with milk and water and cover with a wet cloth and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Now half boil the potatoes then cool it down and add corn flour and colour and mix.

  3. 3

    Deep fry the coated potatoes till crisp and golden.

  4. 4

    Add oil to the pan, then add chopped chili, garlic and ginger and saute.

  5. 5

    Add very potatoes and mix. Now add all the dry spices and mix. And cook and add salt.

  6. 6

    Add coriander and mint leaves and mix.

  7. 7

    Now roll 2 thin equal chapatis from maida, put this mixture on one chapati and cover by another and lock the sides.

  8. 8

    Now bake it on tawa and serve with chutney.
