Aaloo bhuna masala Paratha

Take maida and salt in a big bowl and knead a dough with milk and water and cover with a wet cloth and keep aside.

Now half boil the potatoes then cool it down and add corn flour and colour and mix.

Deep fry the coated potatoes till crisp and golden.

Add oil to the pan, then add chopped chili, garlic and ginger and saute.

Add very potatoes and mix. Now add all the dry spices and mix. And cook and add salt.

Add coriander and mint leaves and mix.

Now roll 2 thin equal chapatis from maida, put this mixture on one chapati and cover by another and lock the sides.

Now bake it on tawa and serve with chutney.
