Soak figs for 1 hour
Deseed the dates - 2
Grind the oats into semi fine powder.
Add hazelnut powder, fig, dates and salt.
Pulse 3-4 times until everything mixes together. - 3
Now take the mixture into a bowl and add melted butter.
Take 3-4 tablespoon of the mixture in the tart cups and speed nicely leaving some vacant space in the centre like this. - 4
Bake these tart shells for 10-15 minutes at 150⁰C

For the filling, break the chocolate pieces in a bowl. Add cream and microwave for 20 seconds with a 10 seconds interval.
Mix and if required microwave for 10 seconds again. - 6
Now keep them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set

Sprinkle some icing sugar on top that is absolutely optional. Add some strawberries and hazelnuts as a garnish.
Slice these tarts and enjoy creamy and decadent hazelnut chocolate tarts.
