  1. Basmati rice
  2. Yoghurt
  3. Onion
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Salt
  6. Chicken
  7. Pepper
  8. Garam masala
  9. Ginger
  10. Garlic
  11. Seasoning
  12. Turmeric
  13. Oil
  14. Red food color
  15. Yellow food color

Cooking Instructions

    Blend 🌶 🧅 and attaruhu without water, fry until it starts to brown

    Put your chicken pieces and mix

  3. 3

    Add your spices garlic & ginger and mix again. Allow it to simmer for few minutes

  4. 4

    Add yoghurt, allow for few minutes too and a little water making it not too thin or too thick paste

  5. 5

    Bring your perboiled rice and layer,
    First your sauce, then rice, few drops of yellow and red color, sauce again, rice till it finishes

  6. 6

    Cover with nylon or foil and your pot cover and allow it to steam till it’s completely cooked.

  7. 7

    Use coal and oil to smoke it for about 5 -10 mins

  8. 8
