Bihari Special Litti Chokha

Today I have made tasty Bihari Spesal Litti Chokha recipe.
Steps

Making dough -
Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl add all ingredients of dough and add water little by little and knead a soft dough, cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes. - 2
Making Stuffing -
Take sattu in a bowl add all ingredients of stuffings and mix it well. If seems dry add little water and mix again. - 3
For chokha, first remove the skin of potatoes then brush oil on eggplant, tomato and potatoes. Place a roast grill on direct flame, place the potatoes,tomato, and eggplant on it. Roast over flame, flip at intervals and roast till skin turns black

Once roasted potatoes, eggplant, tomato take out in a plate to cool. Then peel the skin and mash well then add all ingredients of chokha and mash well properly.

Chokha is ready.

For making litti, take small portion of the dough make a ball and spread it. Stuff some prepared stuffings in the centre and then lift the sides to the centre and seal it. Shape them into a ball and keep aside.

Place the prepared litti on the roast grill and roast them on low flame, flip at intervals and roast till black spot on it.

For serving, Dip each litti into ghee and place on the serving plate, transfer the prepared chokha in a serving bowl. Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
