Hangover Fries

This is perfect for brunch! A great restaurant in Scottsdale used to make a similar dish and my husband has been bugging me to recreate. Well I pulled up their online menu and they didn't seem to still have them on so I made my own! 👌

A Gyoda Speciality: Jelly Fries A Gyoda Speciality: Jelly Fries
I go to eat jelly fries at a speciality restaurant in Gyoda City occasionally since I like them a lot. I wanted to eat them at home too, and after a lot of research I made my own version, which were approved by my kids, who eat them up happily. Eat more okara; it's really good for you!The skim milk is optional! You can use heavy cream or coffee cream instead! Add any of them while the potato is still hot. Adjust the amount of vegetable additions to your taste too. Cover with sauce as soon as they're fried. Use whichever Worcestershire-type sauce you like. For 18 fries. French Fries French Fries
For perfect French Fries, do NOT just fry potatoes. Thanks to millions of dollars spent on research by companies like McDonald’s, we now know that for a moist interior and crisp exterior the key is boil, then fry, then freeze, and then fry again. I’ve never tried better fries than these.#bestfries #potatoes #frites Ricardo -

AF Parsnip Fries for 1 AF Parsnip Fries for 1
Confession: In 70+ years of life, I never ate a parsnip. 😳 As a foodie and a vegetable lover, don't know why that is. So I was excited to finally give them a try when they came up in the Cookpad challenge. Still, since it was something new, I just wanted a small amount to sample, and something simple and quick to prepare. This recipe fit that criteria, PLUS it included a seasoning blend I'd never even heard of: Dukkah. These were very good! Even my sister, who's definitely NOT a veggie eater, loved them. My only "complaint" is they don't get crispy, and crispy is how I like my fries. But we'll for sure be trying more parsnip recipes in the future!#GoldenApron23 Maggie Conlon
