About 45 years ago my dad watched a local noon news show and saw a recipe that he thought would be tasty. Since that time I've added and subtracted Till I created this recipe

In a large oven safe pan. Place the Beef roast. Add garlic, seasoning salt, liquid smoke, kitchen bouquet, and Worcestershire sauce,

Wash and chop the celery and add to the pan, dice the onion add to pan add beef broth and cover the meat with as much water as needed

Cover and cook at 350 for 3-4 hours or til meat is very tender

After the meat is tender slice and butter then toast either a sub roll or french roll I use Sweet sub rolls. After the bread is golden brown add garlic to taste on the roll also red crushed pepper (optional)

Shredder the meat and ladle some of the broth and onions and celery on the bun then top with the other bun. (Cheese is also an option I suggest provolone)
