  • 2potatoes peeled and cut like french fries
  • Oil for deep frying
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteChaat masala

    Deep fry the french fries. When golden brown, remove from heat. Place french fries in serving plate. Sprinkle salt and Chaat masala. Serve.
