Wash peel and cut poatatoes 1st. Warna bengan pehle cut kiye to wo black hu jiengey

Then peel and cut eggplant and put in water till all eggplants are ready and then add tomatoes

Cover and cook on medium flame and add salt and chilli powder and when veggies are tender then add coriander leaves and green chillies on the top and cover. Serve with roti and enjoy
