Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 cupspeeled and diced potatoes
  2. 2 cupscauliflower, cut into florets
  3. 1 tbspoil for coating
  4. 1tomato, cut into approximately 8 pieces
  5. 3 tbspoil (I used corn oil)
  6. 1 1/2 tbspcoriander powder
  7. 2 tbspcurry or masala powder
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tspsugar
  10. 3garlic, peeled and grated
  11. 1 inchginger, peeled and grated

Cooking Instructions

    Coat your slow cooker with oil. I used about 1 tbsp of oil and used a spatula to spread it.

    Line the potatoes first.

    Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Then spread evenly on top of the potatoes.

    Cook on HIGH for 3 hours.

    After three hours have passed, mix them well, and it is ready to be served!
