Ingredients

2 persons
  • 150 gfowl
  • 1 halfonion
  • 20 gbutter
  • 2tablespoonfuls wheat flour
  • 400 ccmilk
  • small spoon chicken stock
  • 50 gmacaroni boiled early
  • 2melt, sliced cheese
  • suitable amount powered cheese
  • suitable amount parsley
  • suitable amount salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut a fowl into pieces and slice a onion.

  2. 2

    Melt butter, fry fowls and onions over a medium heat. When onions are tender, turn off the fire. Then add wheat flour and mix very well.

  3. 3

    When wheat flour is mixed well, add milk, chicken stock and macaroni. And then fry them over a medium heat until they are thick.

    Adjust a taste with a little salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Move the thing you have made into a gratin dish. Put melt, sliced cheese on it and sprinkle powered cheese. And then heat in an oven.

  6. 6

    When cheese are brown, take out the thing you have made from an oven. And sprinkle parsley. Completion!
