250 gmArbi
as per taste Salt
1/4 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspturmeric powder
1/1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspDhania powder
1 tbspOil
1/4 tspajwain

Steps

Boil arbi and give 1 whistle. Peel arbi and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil add ajwain. Add arbi stir fry add all masala and cook for 1 min.

Ready to serve.
