Ingredients

  1. Chicken thighs skin on. I used 3 thighs
  2. Tablespoonsake
  3. Table spoonsoy sauce
  4. Knobginger grated
  5. 3 clovesgarlic grated
  6. Salt and black pepper
  7. 2 tblscorn starch
  8. 2tblsp flour
  9. 2-4 cupsoil for frying
  10. 1/2 spoonroasted sesame oil
  11. Lemon
  12. Japanese Mayo
  13. Japanese 7 spice

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken into 2 inch prices and season with salt and pepper

    Add ginger and garlic to a bowl with the sake soy sauce and sesame oil. Whisk together

  3. 3

    Add chicken to the bowl and mix. Then let refrigerate for 30 mins

  4. 4

    Pour oil and heat to 325 f

  5. 5

    Set up dredge of flower. Dip chicken then dip in the potato starch remove excess flour and starch

  6. 6

    Fry at 325 for 90 secconds. Remove and second fry at 350 for 45 seconds
