Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 1.5 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 tspajwain seeds(carom seeds)
  • 1/2 Tspkalonji (black cumin seeds)
  • 1/2 Tspchilli flakes
  • 1 Tbspghee
  • As RequiredAs required water
  • 1/3 Tspsalt
  • For Accompaniment
  • As RequiredPotato masala
  • As RequiredCurd
  • Some Chopped onions

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix well the dry ingredients of wheat flour. Add water little at a time and make a soft dough. Rest for 30 minutes.

    Divide the potato masala filling to make stuffing flat balls.

    Make flat balls of wheat flour dough larger than stuffing. Insert stuffing and close the dough from outside as shown in picture.

    Roll out the Parathas. Roast both sides on medium to low flame, spreading ghee.

    Serve hot with masala curd.
