Ingredients

10-15 minutes
Serves 2 servings
  1. 2 cupscooked shrimp (about 300 grams)
  2. 1tomato
  3. Onion to taste (I recommend just a little)
  4. 1/2cucumber
  5. Finely chopped cilantro
  6. Juice of 2 limes
  7. Salt
  8. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil (preferably a mild, green-colored oil for seafood)
  9. Saltine crackers or tortilla chips for serving

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    If using raw shrimp, cook them first. Wash, peel, and cut the shrimp into small cubes, about 1/2 inch (1 cm).

    Dice the tomato, onion, and cucumber into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Finely chop the cilantro leaves.

  4. 4

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Add salt to taste, then pour in the lime juice and oil.

  6. 6

    The secret to the flavor is in the oil. Use a mild, green-colored vegetable oil if possible.
