Prepare the filling. In a pan, add in the oil. Once hot, add in the minced meat and onions

Stir till it has lost all it's pinkness and add in the garam masala, seasoning and salt

Allow to cook for additional 1 minute and turn of the heat.the filling is done

Here's a tip. You can blitz some carrots using a food processor and add to the minced meat in step 1.it adds quantity to the meat

Shred some cabbage and grate carrots and set aside

For the dressing, mix together in a bowl some yogurt, lemon juice and sugar to your taste

To assemble it, firstly toast the tortillas on both sides till it crisps up a bit

Fold the tortillas in half, then start by layering the minced meat

Next add the grated carrots and shredded cabbage

Lastly drizzle in the yogurt dressing

Repeat this with all the tortilla breads. Your tacos are ready
