  • 1medium head bok choy
  • 6-8scallions
  • Dressing
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1/4 cuprice vinegar
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3/4vegetable oil
  • Topping
  • 3 tablespoons (1 ounce)sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoonsslivered almonds
  • 1 packageramen noodles, broken
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder (granulated)
  • 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonsesame oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Sauté topping ingredients in vegetable and sesame oils. Set aside.

    Boil the dressing ingredients for 1 minute. Let cool and store in a jar.
