CHHENA JALEBI (COTTAGE CHEESE) JALEBI RECIPE

Making of syrup:
Mix Elaichi powder, sugar and water. Boil to make medium thin syrup and keep aside. - 2
Making of jalebi:
Smash chhena and make it smooth.Add semolina, mix it well and keep for 10 minutes.
Now add sugar and it should be very soft and smooth. - 3
Then make a rope with little dough.Give it a jalebi like shape.Take a kadai and put oil or ghee to heat up. After it gets a bit warm put the jalebi to fry.Keep the flame low, and the fry these jalebi carefully.

After frying them put these jalebi in the syrup for 20 minutes.its ready to serve. Garnish with pistachio to looking so delicious.
