Ingredients

15-20 mints
3 servings
  • 1 bunchsarso saag
  • 2 tspgarlic paste
  • 1large chopped tomato
  • 2-3 tspoil
  • salt to taste
  • half tspsurkh dara mirch
  • half tspred chili powder

Steps

15-20 mints
  1. 1

    Chopped saag leaves and dip in water for 10 mints Then strain

  2. 2

    Heat oil, add garlic and saute for 2 mins

  3. 3

    Then add tomatoes, spices and drained saag

  4. 4

    Cover and let it cook on low flame for 10-15 mints

  5. 5

    Done when oil comes out from corners
